Zutaten
  • 1 Block Feta 170 Gramm
  • 2 TL Naturjogurt (am besten griechisch, damit es nicht zu flüssig ist)
  • 1 TL Zitronensaft
  • 2 TL Olivenöl
  • Zitronenzesten einer halben Biozitrone
  • 1 TL Zaatar
  • ½ TL Sumach
Zubereitung
  1. Den Feta zerbröseln und in einen Mixer geben.
  2. Jogurt, Zitronensaft, 1 TL Olivenöl, Zitronenzesten und Gewürze zusammen mixen, bis eine cremige Masse entsteht.
